1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the Trvlog mobile application ("the App") and define the rights, obligations, and liabilities between you ("the User") and the operator.
2. License Grant
The App is provided free of charge. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
All copyrights and ownership of photos and videos you capture, edit, or create with the App belong solely to you.
The operator does not collect, copy, or otherwise process your content.
Content you share to external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is governed by the terms of those platforms.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App to:
Create or distribute content that infringes third-party portrait, copyright, or privacy rights;
Create or distribute illegal content (including but not limited to child sexual exploitation material);
Reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute modified copies of the App;
Distribute malware to others through the App.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or absence of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for the loss or corruption of photos or videos created or stored through the App. You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important data.
The operator's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (zero, since the App is free).
6. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms change, we will notify users in-app or via this page at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the change, you may stop using the App by uninstalling it.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the operator's address.
